Frank Implement Company
SCOTTSBLUFF, NEBRASKA—21st Century Equipment and Frank Implement Company have jointly announced the acquisition of Frank Implement Company’s John Deere dealerships by 21st Century Equipment LLC. This transaction is expected to be complete in early 2015.
Frank Implement Company is a third-generation John Deere dealership established in 1957, with locations in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and Torrington, Wyoming. Both locations will become part of the 21st Century Equipment family of John Deere dealerships. As a part of this transaction, Bryan Frank will acquire an ownership interest in 21st Century Equipment, thus continuing his family’s long association with John Deere. Bryan will not be involved in the daily operations.

This acquisition also includes the leasing company, Panhandle Acceptance Company. This innovative agricultural financial enterprise, owned by Frank Implement Company, has built a solid reputation for financial products across the region.
In addition to the new Scottsbluff and Torrington dealerships, 21st Century Equipment has Colorado locations in Holyoke, Sterling, Burlington, Yuma, Wray, Akron, Cheyenne Wells, Flagler and Fort Morgan. The company has Nebraska stores in Alliance, Bridgeport, Gordon, Imperial, Ogallala, and Sidney.
