21st Century Equipment Acquires
Frank Implement Company
SCOTTSBLUFF, NEBRASKA—21st Century Equipment and Frank Implement Company have jointly announced the acquisition of Frank Implement Company’s John Deere dealerships by 21st Century Equipment LLC. This transaction is expected to be complete in early 2015.
Frank Implement Company is a third-generation John Deere dealership established in 1957, with locations in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and Torrington, Wyoming. Both locations will become part of the 21st Century Equipment family of John Deere dealerships. As a part of this transaction, Bryan Frank will acquire an ownership interest in 21st Century Equipment, thus continuing his family’s long association with John Deere. Bryan will not be involved in the daily operations.
"This is a very exciting development for our company and our customers," said Owen Palm, CEO of 21st Century Equipment, which has its corporate offices in Scottsbluff. "We appreciate the legacy that the Frank family has created, and we look forward to working with the many talented Frank Implement Company staff members. We value their unwavering dedication to service and their commitment to agriculture. We look forward to continuing the tradition the Frank Implement Company has established over the past 50-plus years."
Bryan Frank, the President of Frank Implement Company, takes great pride in his family's service to the area over the past five decades. “Our dealership greatly values our relationship with area Ag producers and we want to thank them for their loyalty over the years." Frank said. "21st Century Equipment has a great reputation for customer support along with a high level of leadership in precision technology, financial services and water management. Because of this, we see tremendous opportunities for both our customers and our employees."
This acquisition also includes the leasing company, Panhandle Acceptance Company. This innovative agricultural financial enterprise, owned by Frank Implement Company, has built a solid reputation for financial products across the region.

400-Member 21st Century Equipment Team Dedicated to Making Farming Easier
Each year, we conduct an internal employee survey at 21st Century Equipment. And each year, our employees tell us that a sense of teamwork inside the company is one of the most important attributes we have.
That's both important and gratifying. Because it takes an effective team to maintain a high level of service to our customers in today's agricultural environment.
The team most visible to you works at your local 21st Century Equipment dealership. They are the face of our company in your hometown—the people you count on to be there when you need them.
Just as you do, we rely on the team at our local dealerships to stay in tune with market conditions, opportunities and challenges in the area they serve. They are also focused on maintaining strong relationships with our customers by getting to know their individual operations and their objectives—and then providing the unmatched service, equipment, technology and advice to help our customers succeed.
But you also have a team of fifteen 21st Century Equipment locations working together to make sure you have what you need on your farm. That allows us to source parts, technology, equipment and solutions throughout our entire network—and get them to you quickly.
Behind the scenes, we have a team of skilled and dedicated staff supporting the entire 21st Century Equipment operation—from trade-in and used equipment valuation to financing, from risk management to employee training, from accounting to marketing.
Chances are you do business frequently with just a handful of people at your local 21st Century Equipment dealership. Your ISG representative. Your salesperson. Maybe the parts and service folks on occasion. The store manager.
Those relationships are important and critical to you—and to us. At the same, we want you to know that each and every member of the 21st Century Equipment team, which now numbers nearly 400, is focused on one thing: Making Farming Easier for our customers.
Making Farming Easier for you.
